The Falls at Meehan Breaks Ground on Expansion, Phase Three to Include Townhomes, Community Pool

The Falls at Meehan has officially broken ground on its next phase, which includes townhomes, a community pool and playground area. Currently under construction, the townhomes are available for purchase as buyers have the option to personalize their homes during the building process. The community pool should be completed this summer.

The townhomes will be 1365 ft2 three-bedroom, 2 ½ bath floor plans with a single car garage priced from the $180s. The townhomes will offer large, open floorplans with spacious kitchens, 9ft ceilings and high-quality standard finishes. For a personalized touch, buyers can select from a variety of upgrades to personalize their home with the help of The Falls at Meehan Design Center.

The community pool and playground will offer added amenities to the residents of The Falls at Meehan. Located onsite, residents will be able to fellowship with one another and enjoy time with their children all within steps from their front door.

“We are thrilled to be expanding The Falls at Meehan to offer more flexibility to potential homeowners,” said Steve Mudge, one of the developers of the community. “The townhomes are the perfect option for young professionals, while our single-family homes provide more flexibility and space. With many families who call this community home, the pool and playground will surely be a welcomed addition.”

In addition to the townhomes, The Falls at Meehan offers single-family homes which start in the $220s. Buyers can choose from various floor plans which include three and four-bedroom options. While each home comes with high-quality standard finishes, buyers can select from a variety of upgrades to personalize their homes.

The Falls at Meehan is a planned community walking distance from downtown Pendleton, and less than five miles from Clemson, which offers plenty of historic charm coupled with modern shopping conveniences. The community is one of several developments in the Carolinas backed by Serrus Capital Partners, led by partners Leighton Cubbage and Steve Mudge. Cubbage and Mudge are also the developers on the currently under construction Lakeside Lodge Clemson, a condo hotel set to open this fall. The builder partner for The Falls at Meehan is Sundog Homes out of Asheville.
