GREENVILLE, S.C. – February 14, 2022 – Parsley & Mint Mediterranean Eatery has announced the reopening of its downtown Greenville location as Parsley & Mint Downtown, offering a new and refreshed full-service concept. The restaurant, located at 600 S. Main Street in the heart of downtown Greenville, will continue its focus on fresh and locally sourced ingredients while offering an elevated menu of Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and craft cocktails.
“We are excited to relaunch our downtown location as a new destination for fresh, flavor-forward Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and unique craft cocktails,” said Paul Ryll, owner and executive chef of Parsley & Mint Downtown. “We have reinvented the same bold Mediterranean ingredients and our own house made spice blends to create a menu that is elevated, unique and packed with flavor. We hope to create an atmosphere where friends can gather over a leisurely bottomless brunch, weekday lunch, after-work cocktails or dinner, each time enjoying a distinct and memorable experience.”
Parsley & Mint Downtown will offer shared plates, soups, sandwiches, bowls, and salads for lunch and feature a menu of Mediterranean-inspired tapas, small plates, and entrees for dinner.
Must-try dishes include: strip sirloin served with romesco sauce and red onion relish, Mediterranean citrus spiced chicken wings, and pork chops served with grilled dates, roasted red pepper jelly and picked red cabbage. The new concept also includes craft cocktails and a bar menu with a Mediterranean twist, such as a pomegranate old fashioned, basil-cucumber mojito, harissa spiced cracker jacks, Mediterranean hot dogs, and Parsley & Mint’s signature house made hummus and spreads.
In addition to lunch and dinner, Parsley & Mint Downtown’s new menu includes weekend bottomless brunch. Brunch dishes include house made falafel, Mediterranean pimento cheese, sumac chicken salad, and Mediterranean shrimp and polenta. Brunch is offered from 10 am until 5 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Parsley & Mint Downtown is open seven days a week. The restaurant serves weekday lunch from 11 am until 2:30 pm, bar service from 2:30 pm until 5 pm and dinner from 5 pm until 10 pm. Dinner is offered from 5 pm to 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The restaurant will be closed for dinner on Tuesdays.
